The Untamed Shopify Theme is a premium digital product designed for Shopify stores, specifically optimized for clothing and fashion retailers. The theme includes:

• Complete Shopify theme files (.liquid, .css, .js)
• Mobile-first responsive design
• Built-in conversion features (gift finder, build-your-own-set, shoppable videos)
• Built-in cart upsells, cart rewards and dynamic upsells
• Installation documentation

What You Receive:

• Complete theme codebase (Liquid templates, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript files)
• Theme configuration and settings schema
• Section and block structures with customization options
• SVG icons and essential UI assets included in the theme
• Responsive layouts and design framework
• Documentation for installation and configuration

What Is NOT Included:

• Product images shown in demos or previews
• Lifestyle photography and banner images
• Sample product descriptions or copy text
• Collection images or marketing graphics
• Video content or media files
• Any third-party stock photography

Why Shopify Themes Are Sold This Way:

This is the industry-standard practice for all Shopify themes, including those sold on the official Shopify Theme Store, ThemeForest, and other marketplaces. Demo content is typically licensed for demonstration purposes only, and cannot be redistributed to end customers.

What You Need to Provide:

• Product images and descriptions (via Shopify’s product management)
• Banner images and promotional graphics
• Logo and brand assets
• Collection images and category graphics
• Any lifestyle or marketing photography
• Store policies, about us content, and other text copy

Upon purchase, you receive:

• Single-site license for one Shopify store
• Right to customize and modify the theme for your store
• Unlimited use for your business purposes
• Access to theme updates (per your license tier)

Restrictions:

• No redistribution or resale of theme files
• No sharing with third parties
• Use on single Shopify store only (per license)

4.1 Done-For-You Service

Our Done-For-You package includes the Lifetime license plus full theme install, content migration, conversion feature configuration, brand polish, and launch in roughly seven days. Engagement requires an upfront ₹11,999 payment (which covers the Lifetime license itself); remaining service costs are scoped and agreed in writing before further billing.

4.2 How to Engage Services

• Add-On Selection at Checkout: Select Done-For-You at checkout.
• Written Communication: Email support@buyuntamed.com after purchase. Services are only confirmed upon written acknowledgment from our team.

4.3 Payment Terms for Services

• ₹11,999 advance payment for the Lifetime license is required to begin scoping.
• Any additional service fees agreed in writing must be paid before related work commences.
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse work until payment is confirmed.

4.4 Timeline & Delivery

• Timelines, milestones, and delivery dates are confirmed in writing after scoping.
• Timelines are contingent on timely provision of brand assets, product information, and store access from your side.
• Unless explicitly agreed in writing, timelines are estimates and not binding commitments.

4.5 Scope Limitations

• Services are limited to the scope defined in the written agreement.
• Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions may be billable.
• Third-party app setup, ongoing maintenance, or post-handoff changes are not included by default.

4.6 Cancellation & Refunds for Services

• Before work commences: partial refund possible at our discretion, minus administrative fees.
• After work commences: no refunds. You receive deliverables for work completed up to cancellation.
• Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to client unresponsiveness are considered abandoned.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Upon successful payment:

• Immediate license key and download access
• Email confirmation with download instructions
• Download access valid for 30 days from purchase

We provide:

• Installation guidance and documentation
• Email support for technical issues
• Bug fixes and compatibility updates (per license tier)

Support does not include custom development or design changes beyond the theme’s standard functionality.

The theme is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Business losses or revenue impact
• Compatibility issues with third-party apps
• Data loss or website downtime
• Customization conflicts

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the theme.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last modified” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By using our theme, you grant Untamed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your store name, logo, screenshots, and a link to your storefront in our public showcase, marketing materials, and case studies. We will not publish private customer data. If you prefer your store not be included in our showcase, email support@buyuntamed.com and we will remove it from future materials.
